Our first priority is your complete satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return your order  within 30 days for credit, replacement or a full refund*.

* Please Note: Due to software licensing, software are not returnable once opened. (Unless product is incompatible with your cell phone)

Return Policy

If you would like to return an item that was ordered within the last 30 days, for exchange, credit, or refund, please follow these steps:

Call us at (305) 866-7220 option 2, or complete the online return request form.

Return shipping costs on errors on our behalf will be our responsibility; otherwise, the customer will be responsible for the return shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be in good physical condition, and 100% complete, including  product documentation, packaging, and any accessories associated with the item(s).

Shipping Options

CellPhoneMall ships to the U.S and International. Our U.S shipping rates are based on a flat rate method. Rates are the same regardless of quantity or weight.

For the continental US (48 States), we offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Ground - $5.95 (4-6 Business Days)
  • 3-Day Guaranteed - $11.95 (3 Business Days)
  • 2-Day Guaranteed - $16.95 (2 Business Days)
  • 1-Day Guaranteed - $27.95 (Overnight Delivery)

For Canada, we offer the following shipping options:

  • UPS Standard - $14.95 (4-6 Business Days)
  • US Mail Global Express - $24.95 (2-4 Business Days)

For all other international, we offer the following shipping options:

  • US Mail Global Express / EMS - $24.95 (2-5 Business Days)

International orders delivery time may vary from estimate, subject to custom clearance, and therefore cannot be guaranteed.

All order placed by 4:30PM EST are guaranteed to arrive within the chosen delivery time frame provided that the items are in stock. Orders placed after 4:30PM EST will be considered to have been placed on the following business day.

We are able to ship as late as 6:00PM EST for most items. If you place your order past 4:30PM EST and would like to have it shipped the same day, please call us and we will make every effort to fulfill your request.
